Bitty & Bug is located in Pittsboro, NC but serves the Triangle and surrounding areas!

I have balloons, can you just use those?

No, we only use high-quality balloons that we provide. The balloons are 100% biodegradable and last much longer than store bought balloons.

DO you need a Retainer?

Yes, a retainer is required in order to book services. The retainer amount is determined during the quote and it based on order total.

Do you have a travel fee?

Yes, we do based on your venue. Travel fees are estimates based on the specifics of the event. Once we receive your event details, we’ll provide you with an accurate final quote.

Do you have a set up fee?

Yes, our set up fee is 10% of the balloon order total pre-tax and additional fees.

What are Grab & Go Balloons?

Grab & Go garlands are a cost-friendly way to add balloons to your event without breaking the bank! Grab & go garlands come fully or semi constructed and comes with instructions and attachment material to make set-up just as the pros would!

What sizes do Grab & Go Balloons come in?

Grab & Go garlands come in sizes from 4ft to 8ft. Anything over 8ft. will be difficult to transport in an SUV. Since the garlands come constructed it is ideal to pick up with an empty car.

Do you come Breakdown Balloons?

No, we do not return back to the event after to strike balloons unless it has been discussed prior to event. However, we do come and collect rentals after the event.

When should i order?

Ordering the highest quality balloons means we can’t just order on prime. The design, preparation, and obtaining the balloons needed for your event takes time. We highly encourage that at soon as you know the event details you reach out to avoid being unable to book services.
